Classic Chocolate Chip & Shoyu
This is how Midnight Pantry started! A love for chocolate chip cookies and hunger for adventure!

A classic New York style cookie gently spiked with Shoyu - Japanese soy sauce (told you we are an adventurous bunch!), completed with a blend of Milk and Dark Belgian Chocolate. A simple but surely no ordinary choc chip cookie! Trust us, you won’t regret this!

Dark Chocolate Vietnamese Coffee
A celebration of bitter sweetness of the cocoa bean!

A 70% Dark Belgian Chocolate chip cookie with a chocolate cookie dough, complimented with a touch of smoky honey flavour from freshly grounded Vietnamese coffee and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes to finish.

Miso Brown Butter
A tribute to the humble cookie dough!

A no chip cookie (yes you heard it right!) packed with notes of nutty brown butter and a salty sweet affair of miso and brown sugar. Just to make it extra special we finished it with a sprinkle of smoked sea salt flakes.
