Our cookies are baked fresh to order. They are best enjoyed on the day of arrival and warmed up following our re-heat instructions.

We recommend storing the cookies in an airtight container and placed in a cool dry place or freezing them on the day of arrival.

When you are ready for a little indulgence, warm up the cookies following our re-heat instructions.

From room temperature, re-heat the cookies in a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 3 - 5 minutes until it reaches its optimum gooey best.

From frozen, re-heat the cookies in a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes or until thoroughly warm and gooey in the center.
