We love food and we love to share.
Coming from a family that enjoys cooking, food has been a big influence from an early age. Family gatherings are remembered fondly, where everyone would bring something to the table. It was about sharing – different foods, flavours, learnings and stories of old and new.
Midnight Pantry was created to be an extension of this feeling and experience. There’s no easier way to connect with friends, family and even strangers than with food. A common ground to reach out to start a conversation, to share a story or just to simply put a smile on someone’s face.

We want to showcase authentic flavours from East and South East Asia through our products. Create food that will excite people, they will enjoy and ultimately, want to share with others.
Midnight Pantry is about championing ESEA food and culture. Our aim is to try broaden minds and show that ingredients should transcend cultures and not be limited to particular recipes. To share what’s possible and be more creative in how we use ingredients when cooking or baking.
