SHARING ASIAN CULTURE THROUGH COOKIES
Midnight Pantry was founded by Ada our resident cookie monster. Boot-camped in the family’s Hong Kong kitchen and learned the craft of pastry in Paris.
It all started in the early hours within her humble kitchen, surrounded by tins and jars filled with flavours from home. She embarked on a creative journey to bake some seriously good cookies packed with authentic taste of Asia that everyone can enjoy.
All our treats are handcrafted in small batches using high quality and specialty ingredients to create the best flavours and authentic taste.
